With a couple of smart ball manuevers Francisco Javier Herquiñigo in the 4th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Xosé Marmolejo saved Valentiasocio from getting behind. Justino Vigil's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lander Boonen read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 8th minute of play. After 8 played minutes Ireno Armenta rounded Mulluri's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-0. After having played for 14 minutes, Ireno Armenta managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Valentiasocio's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ireno Armenta was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Justino Vigil fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lander Boonen having to interfere. If Justino Vigil had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 22nd minute Juan Luis Avalos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lander Boonen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 24 minutes into the match, León Mac Kenney notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Valentiasocio's Xosé Marmolejo. Xosé Marmolejo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Xosé Marmolejo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from León Mac Kenney in the 27th minute of play. León Mac Kenney received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Xosé Marmolejo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Valentiasocio's zone, Francisco Javier Herquiñigo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Xosé Marmolejo came out of the goal and Francisco Javier Herquiñigo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. León Mac Kenney struck a weak shot in the 33rd minute. Xosé Marmolejo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mulluri. After a defensive mix-up in Valentiasocio's zone, Francisco Javier Herquiñigo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Xosé Marmolejo came out of the goal and Francisco Javier Herquiñigo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Francisco Javier Herquiñigo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Juan Luis Avalos hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. León Mac Kenney sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

The wind increased when Francisco Javier Herquiñigo made the kick off in the second half. Valentiasocio's Xosé Marmolejo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Francisco Javier Herquiñigo in the 52nd minute of play. The supporters of Valentiasocio booed when Mulluri was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Taurino Fierro didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Ireno Armenta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when León Mac Kenney got free with Xosé Marmolejo in the 58th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Alcides Sudi hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. 66 minutes into the game, Francisco Javier Herquiñigo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Mulluri's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Valentiasocio the free kick. In the 68th minute Ireno Armenta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lander Boonen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Justino Vigil had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 71 played minutes Mulluri got a freekick which was hit by Pietro Hetz. Jonatan Aros, 72 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. 78 minutes into the match, Mulluri's Francisco Javier Herquiñigo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Xosé Marmolejo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. A collision led to Mulluri getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Pinone Cantuarias hit a great ball. If León Mac Kenney had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Francisco Javier Herquiñigo struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. Xosé Marmolejo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mulluri. Mulluri were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
