Spectators: 6710 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1710, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Joel Passi took the kick off in the first half of the match. Joel Passi had several of the Oyahue AFC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 6 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-0 score and a disappointed Bautista De la Barra as he didn't even see the shot coming. Joel Passi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Bautista De la Barra tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bautista De la Barra took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joel Passi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Oyahue AFC's Abdul Fariña got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 21st minute Joel Passi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bautista De la Barra saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Abdul Fariña fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Oriol Redondo having to interfere. Darien Abascal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Oriol Redondo having to interfere. If Joel Passi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Oriol Redondo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abdul Fariña, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 40 minutes into the match, Sotomo AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Darien Abascal came free, but Oriol Redondo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 42 minutes, Abdul Fariña managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Oyahue AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Abdul Fariña was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Sotomo AFC's Godofredo Arnault got a free kick in the 43rd minute. Oriol Redondo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abdul Fariña in the 44th minute of play. Carlos Alberto Luna took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 48th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Oriol Redondo. Sotomo AFC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Darien Abascal was the one to do the kick off. Oyahue AFC were awarded a corner in the 54th minute after Sotomo AFC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Salvatore Recabal took the corner. A very nice done corner allowed Ernesto Abad to score against Oriol Redondo in Sotomo AFC's goal. 1-1 after 55 minutes. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Enmanuel Lecaroz during the 58th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Oyahue AFC getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Enmanuel Lecaroz hit a great ball. Bautista De la Barra made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joel Passi in the 60th minute of play. In the 66th minute the ball was on its way in behind Sotomo AFC's goalkeeper Oriol Redondo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Darien Abascal hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. Abdul Fariña sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Joel Passi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bautista De la Barra having to interfere. When Darien Abascal came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the Oyahue AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Darien Abascal couldn't finish the play. Joel Passi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Bautista De la Barra tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Abdul Fariña could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 81st minute of the match, but Oriol Redondo made a huge save. After 84 minutes Sotomo AFC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Salvatore Recabal who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Salvatore Recabal almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Sotomo AFC's Oriol Redondo did a great save. Anastasio Celedón hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. Oriol Redondo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Darien Abascal, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. For all the effort they put into the match, the Oyahue AFC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Sotomo AFC.
