Spectators: 5772 (Terracing: 4602, Seating: 1150, VIP seats: 20) Xavier Angel Ceballos started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After having played for 4 minutes, Norberto Mazeira managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Estrella del este's supporters crossed their fingers, but Norberto Mazeira was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Xavier Angel Ceballos in the 7th minute of play forced Chacai's goalkeeper Mercé Poza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mauro Larralde charged in rather forcefully in the 7th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mauro Larralde the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Estrella del este's Mauro Larralde got a free kick in the 8th minute. If Luis Eduardo Peirano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Xamin Cazorla recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 13 minutes, José Luis Guerra mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Estrella del este and the Chacai players grew even worse after the yellow card. Moncho Massa's late challenge caught a Estrella del este's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Moncho Massa helped the player get up and apologised. In the 16th minute, Moncho Massa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 19 minutes of play, Estrella del este's Xavier Angel Ceballos made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mercé Poza was left in no man's land by his defense there! Estrella del este's defense didn't have a chance, in the 23rd minute, when Ignacio Green scored to the left of an out of position Sebastiano Berrio, making the score, 1-1. After 25 minutes, Ramón Rallo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Estrella del este and the Chacai players grew even worse after the yellow card. With a little luck, Estrella del este's Sebastiano Berrio got control of the ball when Luis Eduardo Peirano tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 30th play minutes Luis Eduardo Peirano shot 2-1, a short shot which went by Sebastiano Berrio and just under the crossbar into goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Norberto Mazeira in the 35th minute of play forced Chacai's goalkeeper Mercé Poza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Estrella del este booed when Chacai was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcos Francisco Zuloaga didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 37th minute Norberto Mazeira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mercé Poza saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ignacio Green got free with Sebastiano Berrio in the 38th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, Estrella del este's Gaspar Borda got a free kick in the 40th minute. Xamin Cazorla fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sebastiano Berrio having to interfere. In the 46th match minute, Estrella del este was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ramón Rallo to maneuver through the defense. Estrella del este's Sebastiano Berrio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Xamin Cazorla in the 47th minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

Sebastiano Berrio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luis Eduardo Peirano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Xamin Cazorla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Estrella del este's Sebastiano Berrio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luis Eduardo Peirano in the 56th minute of play. Luis Eduardo Peirano scored 3-1 in the 58th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Sebastiano Berrio, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Moncho Massa kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Norberto Mazeira got free with Mercé Poza in the 64th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Mercé Poza showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Xavier Angel Ceballos in the 66th minute of the match. With a little luck, Chacai's Mercé Poza got control of the ball when Norberto Mazeira tried to sneak it across the goal line. Xamin Cazorla fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sebastiano Berrio having to interfere. A collision led to Chacai getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Moncho Massa hit a great ball. Chacai's Xamin Cazorla got a good chance for a goal in the 78th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Mercé Poza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Xavier Angel Ceballos in the 81st minute of play. Luis Eduardo Peirano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 85th minute Luis Eduardo Peirano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sebastiano Berrio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
