A collision led to Algarrobal getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Ludovico Marquéz hit a great ball. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Odón Makaus made a kick off. After having played for 53 minutes, Odón Makaus managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Algarrobal's supporters crossed their fingers, but Odón Makaus was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Xulián Fassnacht didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Josué Mariluan went, in the 78th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. After some fancy dribbling in the 82nd minute, Santiago Arce managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cortadera's supporters rose to their feet, but Santiago Arce was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post.
