Victoro Arregui was a little too slow when Maurín Hanssen got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 3rd minute. The score was now 1-0. Sebastián Peake's late challenge caught a Aldana's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sebastián Peake helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Penaflor FC's Sebastián Peake got a free kick in the 9th minute. Moisés Kunstmann sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ángel Peso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ángel Armando in the 23rd minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Aldana's zone, Pacífico Ardiles stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ángel Peso came out of the goal and Pacífico Ardiles tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Aldana's Jose Miguel Gertosio got a free kick in the 25th minute. Ángel Armando received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Ángel Peso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ángel Peso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pacífico Ardiles in the 28th minute of play. Penaflor FC's Victoro Arregui proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 30th minute of the match, managed to save Penaflor FC from getting a goal against them. Moisés Kunstmann fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Victoro Arregui having to interfere. Quintén Yanque struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. Victoro Arregui didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Aldana. Moisés Kunstmann could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 47th minute of the match, but Victoro Arregui made a huge save. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Pacífico Ardiles to make the kick off. Ángel Armando could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 55th minute of the match, but Ángel Peso made a huge save. Ángel Peso came out of the goal in the 57th minute to try and stop a shot by Penaflor FC's Ángel Armando. But to his dismay, Ángel Armando quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Ángel Peso made a fantastic save in the 61st minute, when Ángel Armando sent off a good shot on target. Penaflor FC's Jose Miguel Teran shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 67th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Ángel Peso but with some difficulty. Pacífico Ardiles received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Ángel Peso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Aldana's Ángel Peso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pacífico Ardiles in the 73rd minute of play. In the 75th minute Ángel Armando shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ángel Peso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Pacífico Ardiles had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 83 minutes into the game, Quintén Yanque was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Aldana's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Penaflor FC the free kick. A collision led to Aldana getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Quintén Yanque hit a great ball. In the 84th minute, Pacífico Ardiles got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ángel Peso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pacífico Ardiles in the 87th minute of play. Fabián Aparicio hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. In the 92nd minute Pacífico Ardiles shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ángel Peso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ángel Armando who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 96thth minute tested the skills of Ángel Peso when he managed to save the team from getting behind.
