Victoro Arregui showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Igor Cordoba in the 63rd minute of the match. With an all-out effort, Penaflor FC's Emilio Felipe Gaete threw himself towards the right post 65 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Pacífico Ardiles, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Ángel Armandos short, quick shot in the 73rdth minute got Emilio Felipe Gaete to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Raúlo Solorzano walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. If Igor Cordoba had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute.
