Edgar Corral showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Balendín Saralegui, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. Edgar Corral showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Balendín Saralegui in the 8th minute of the match. After 9 minutes Queltehues AFC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Héctor Riobo who took care of the corner kick. Héctor Riobo made a great header on NuevaChicago's corner, it was just that Queltehues AFC's Edgar Corral managed to reach the ball for a save. Balendín Saralegui sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bautista Lamas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hernán Cofquecura, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Balendín Saralegui had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hernán Cofquecura received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Bautista Lamas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Clemencín Castex sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A very good chance. 37 minutes into the match, Queltehues AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Sansón Klein came free, but Edgar Corral reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Balendín Saralegui fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edgar Corral having to interfere. Edgar Corral showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Balendín Saralegui in the 40th minute of the match. After 47 minutes of play, NuevaChicago's Balendín Saralegui made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Edgar Corral was left in no man's land by his defense there! The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Balendín Saralegui made a kick off. In the 53rd minute of the match Baudelio Bolaños shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Edgar Corral showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. NuevaChicago's Balendín Saralegui got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Balendín Saralegui had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Balendín Saralegui struck a weak shot in the 57th minute. Edgar Corral didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for NuevaChicago. In the 59th minute Mark Sir shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edgar Corral saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Balendín Saralegui succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-3 in the 60th playminute. After some fancy dribbling in the 65th minute, Clemencín Castex managed to get in a good position for a shot. Queltehues AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Clemencín Castex was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bautista Lamas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. NuevaChicago's Bautista Lamas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hernán Cofquecura in the 71st minute of play. Bautista Lamas came out of the goal in the 72nd minute to try and stop a shot by Queltehues AFC's Hernán Cofquecura. But to his dismay, Hernán Cofquecura quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-4. Mark Sir recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Balendín Saralegui in the 78th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Edgar Corral saved Queltehues AFC from getting behind. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mark Sir got free with Edgar Corral in the 84th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The crowd rose to their feet as NuevaChicago's Balendín Saralegui slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Edgar Corral. That made the score 1-5 after 86 minutes of play. If Hernán Cofquecura had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 92 minutes into the match, Queltehues AFC's Clemencín Castex sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Bautista Lamas narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Bautista Lamas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hernán Cofquecura in the 98th minute of the match. When the final whistle sounded NuevaChicago left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Queltehues AFC.
