Quinched's supporters rose to their feet, but Nicodemo Searle was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gabino Saldés breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 9th minute Nicodemo Searle shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gabino Saldés saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rogerio Marquezado struck a weak shot in the 14th minute. Gabino Saldés didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Quinched. Rogerio Marquezado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gabino Saldés having to interfere. Concepción Azul F.C.'s Gabino Saldés played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rogerio Marquezado in the 18th minute of play. 23 minutes into the game, Cristofer Rengifo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Concepción Azul F.C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Quinched the free kick. A collision led to Concepción Azul F.C. getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Cristofer Rengifo hit a great ball. Rogerio Marquezado might have been able to make a better finish in the 28th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gabino Saldés. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Rogerio Marquezado ran back to his position shaking his head. Nicodemo Searle sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Jose Guardia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Enmanuel Feldman in the 36th minute of play. When Quinched's Rogerio Marquezado in the 39th minute got a chance for a shot 39th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Concepción Azul F.C.'s goalie prevented a goal. If Nicodemo Searle had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gabino Saldés showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rogerio Marquezado in the 43rd minute of the match. After having played for 47 minutes, Nicodemo Searle managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Quinched's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nicodemo Searle was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The wind increased when Nicodemo Searle made the kick off in the second half. Jose Guardia didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Honorato Berau went, in the 51st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. 55 minutes into the game, Rutenio Redole was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Quinched's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Concepción Azul F.C. the free kick. In the 55th match minute, Quinched was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rutenio Redole to maneuver through the defense. Gabino Saldés made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nicodemo Searle in the 62nd minute of play. In the 64th minute, Rogerio Marquezado made a precise shot to the right of Gabino Saldés. Concepción Azul F.C.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. José Alejandro Uribe hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. Jose Guardia stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ulises Urceda's shot from short distance in the 76th minute. 78 minutes in the game, Rogerio Marquezado fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Gabino Saldés having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Nicodemo Searle's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gabino Saldés was relentless in the 80th minute of the game. Enmanuel Feldman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Jose Guardia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. But to his dismay, Rogerio Marquezado quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Quinched's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
