Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) If Jacob Donoso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 2nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 7th minute, Amador Ávila fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Vladimiro Turrieta kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Hilaricos's Rigoberto Antonucci got a free kick in the 10th minute. Amador Ávila recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Yoel Hermida blasted a shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Romeo Huaiquiman having to make a save. 19 minutes into the match, Hilaricos's Yoel Hermida sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Romeo Huaiquiman narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Gaston Urrutia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Heliodoro Ibarbia, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Gaston Urrutia came out of the goal in the 29th minute to try and stop a shot by Monteria AFC's Jacob Donoso. But to his dismay, Jacob Donoso quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. After 33 played minutes Hilaricos got a freekick which was hit by Rogerio Jaña. A collision led to Hilaricos getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Rogerio Jaña hit a great ball. 43 minutes had been played when some careless play by Hilaricos's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Vladimiro Turrieta was slow to take the kick. During this time Monteria AFC's players had a chance to rest. Monteria AFC's Vladimiro Turrieta was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Gaston Urrutia in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.
The wind increased when Jacob Donoso made the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Hilaricos's Baltazar Tuñon got a free kick in the 51st minute. Amador Ávila sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Romeo Huaiquiman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yoel Hermida in the 58th minute of the match. After 59 played minutes Monteria AFC got a freekick which was hit by Natanael Milan. After some fancy dribbling in the 60th minute, Yoel Hermida managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hilaricos's supporters rose to their feet, but Yoel Hermida was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Romeo Huaiquiman breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 65 played minutes Monteria AFC got a freekick which was hit by Natanael Milan. Jacob Donoso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gaston Urrutia having to interfere. Romeo Huaiquiman didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Amador Ávila went, in the 75th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Velasco Fornes kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. Jacob Donoso struck a weak shot in the 82nd minute. Gaston Urrutia didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Monteria AFC. Romeo Huaiquiman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Amador Ávila, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. There was no doubt that Hilaricos were the better team. Hilaricos's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
