The audience was convinced that Franco Hamdorf's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Celino Tripailaf was relentless in the 8th minute of the game. After a defensive mix-up in Los Rayados Victorienses's zone, Reynaldo Isamit stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Celino Tripailaf came out of the goal and Reynaldo Isamit tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Franco Hamdorf took the ball and in the 11 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Celino Tripailaf. Celino Tripailaf dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 13th minute Franco Hamdorf shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Celino Tripailaf saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Andoni Pakozdy came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the los tilines fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Andoni Pakozdy couldn't finish the play. Andoni Pakozdy recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Franco Hamdorf took the ball and in the 19 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Celino Tripailaf. Celino Tripailaf dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. After a rather tough play, Los Rayados Victorienses's Baraquiel Carillanca got a free kick in the 22nd minute. Franco Hamdorf sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When los tilines's Andoni Pakozdy in the 34th minute got a chance for a shot 34th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Los Rayados Victorienses's Celino Tripailaf played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Reynaldo Isamit in the 35th minute of play. Franco Hamdorf received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Celino Tripailaf tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the Los Rayados Victorienses defense, Regino Christie kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Celino Tripailaf. The Los Rayados Victorienses fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Celino Tripailaf should have stopped the shot. In the 42nd minute Reynaldo Isamit shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Celino Tripailaf saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Los Rayados Victorienses defense, Andoni Pakozdy kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Celino Tripailaf. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Franco Hamdorf made a kick off. After 51 minutes, Fausto Toro mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Los Rayados Victorienses and the los tilines players grew even worse after the yellow card. Celino Tripailaf made a fantastic save in the 53rd minute, when Reynaldo Isamit sent off a good shot on target. In the 57th minute, Baraquiel Carillanca hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to los tilines getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Tor Acosta hit a great ball. Celino Tripailaf made an important save on a dangerous shot by Reynaldo Isamit in the 59th minute. The supporters of Los Rayados Victorienses booed when los tilines was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Agustín Chandia didn't get a good kick on the ball. 68 minutes into the match, Los Rayados Victorienses's Patricio Arduengo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Alfonso Redondo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 70 minutes into the match, Los Rayados Victorienses's goalkeeper Celino Tripailaf had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Andoni Pakozdy. When the match had gone on for 71 minutes, Franco Hamdorf took a quick shot and it went in 0-7 without a chance for Celino Tripailaf to make any attempt to save it. Reynaldo Isamit sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 75 minutes into the game, Franco Hamdorf cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-8. Celino Tripailaf was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Reynaldo Isamit sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Liberto Lemus could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 81st minute of the match, but Celino Tripailaf made a huge save. In the 82nd minute, Regino Christie ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Celino Tripailaf was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-9. Alfonso Redondo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Baraquiel Carillanca, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. los tilines were furious when Fulco Ferraro was red carded, 89 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 89th minute of the game. One of los tilines:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Los Rayados Victorienses:s goal. In the 91st minute there was a penalty for Los Rayados Victorienses. Patricio Arduengo stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Alfonso Redondo. 1-9. Liberto Lemus struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. Celino Tripailaf didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for los tilines. When the final whistle sounded los tilines left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Los Rayados Victorienses.
