Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Emiliano Daly in the 56th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Aníbal Hermosilla prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to Trabunco getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Podador Coulin hit a great ball. Cahuisa FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Victor Hugo Recasens was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. The audience thought a goal was coming when Victor Hugo Recasens got free with Julián Urtubia in the 87th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Cahuisa FC's Emiliano Daly got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The Trabunco supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Trabunco would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
