Vilches FC's players were relieved. When Eufemio Tagle came up free with the goalie in the 12th minute, the Vilches FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eufemio Tagle couldn't finish the play. Narciso Charlin didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ubaldo Matildo Izammit went, in the 13th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. In the 20th match minute, Vilches FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eufemio Tagle to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Val Unger in the 23rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lander Bozo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Val Unger in the 29th minute of play forced Vilches FC's goalkeeper Lander Bozo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lander Bozo was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Val Unger showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 31 minute of play. Val Unger fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lander Bozo having to interfere. Vilches FC's Lander Bozo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Val Unger in the 47th minute of play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Val Unger made a kick off. In the 53rd minute, Val Unger left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Challapujo fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. In the 58thth minute of the game Val Unger who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Vilches FC's Lander Bozo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Patricio Sojo's late challenge caught a Challapujo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Patricio Sojo helped the player get up and apologised. In the 59th match minute, Vilches FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Patricio Sojo to maneuver through the defense. When Patricio Sojo was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 86 minutes had been played. The audience was convinced that Val Unger's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Lander Bozo was relentless in the 88th minute of the game. Estevan Bastidas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lander Bozo having to interfere. When Gaitán Cobaleda fell near the penalty area in the 91st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Challapujo's protests and gave Gaitán Cobaleda a yellow card for diving instead. In the 91st minute, Gaitán Cobaleda hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Narciso Charlin made a fantastic save in the 93rd minute, when Pacífico Súnico sent off a good shot on target. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Challapujo fully deserved thier win.
