Val Unger fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alcadio Friederichs having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Manuel Lobos in the 19th minute of play forced Ancocatani AFC's goalkeeper Alcadio Friederichs to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alcadio Friederichs took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Val Unger, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 35th minute Pacífico Daroch shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alcadio Friederichs saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Ángel Mouat fell near the penalty area in the 35th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ancocatani AFC's protests and gave Ángel Mouat a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Ancocatani AFC's Ángel Mouat got a free kick in the 35th minute. If Pacífico Daroch had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Pacífico Daroch sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Eusebio Hamilton charged in rather forcefully in the 43rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Eusebio Hamilton the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Ancocatani AFC booed when Challapujo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eusebio Hamilton didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 46th minute Val Unger shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alcadio Friederichs saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The wind increased when Luis Eduardo Pastene made the kick off in the second half. Pacífico Daroch's late challenge caught a Ancocatani AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Pacífico Daroch helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Challapujo's Pacífico Daroch got a free kick in the 56th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Miren Urquiza in the 67th minute of play forced Challapujo's goalkeeper Narciso Charlin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 1-3 became the score in the 78th minute when Val Unger elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Val Unger in the 83rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alcadio Friederichs saved Ancocatani AFC from getting behind. If Pacífico Daroch had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alcadio Friederichs showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Val Unger in the 87th minute of the match. In the 91st minute, Estevan Bastidas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the last second Alcadio Friederichs throw himself and got hold of the ball when Val Unger in the 97thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. When the match was over Challapujo could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Ancocatani AFC throughout the match.
