Adriano Dell´Orto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zelipe Akel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Adriano Dell´Orto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Francisco José Ballero in the 16th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Francisco José Ballero in the 21st minute of play forced Troncal Negrete 3.0's goalkeeper Adriano Dell´Orto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Francisco José Ballero came up free with the goalie in the 26th minute, the Caucau fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Francisco José Ballero couldn't finish the play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Zelipe Akel in the 27th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Adriano Dell´Orto prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Rodrigo Moure had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Zelipe Akel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Adriano Dell´Orto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zelipe Akel in the 49th minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Armando Vivero to strike the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Caucau getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Renato Fagalde hit a great ball. In the 63rd minute, Raúl Carillanca hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Armando Vivero in the 66th minute of play forced Caucau's goalkeeper Orlando Henson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 67 minutes into the match, Troncal Negrete 3.0's goal looked a bit too open when Francisco José Ballero came free, but Adriano Dell´Orto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Orlando Henson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maurilio Grebe in the 69th minute of the match. Adriano Dell´Orto had great luck who in the 74thth minute grab hold of the ball when Francisco José Ballero from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. After a defensive mix-up in Caucau's zone, Maurilio Grebe stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Orlando Henson came out of the goal and Maurilio Grebe tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Orlando Henson came out of the goal in the 84th minute to try and stop a shot by Troncal Negrete 3.0's Maurilio Grebe. But to his dismay, Maurilio Grebe quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. 93 minutes into the match, Zelipe Akel had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Adriano Dell´Orto. Troncal Negrete 3.0's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Zelipe Akel was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. After 97 played minutes Troncal Negrete 3.0 got a freekick which was hit by Angelo Bezanilla. The Troncal Negrete 3.0 supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Caucau's performance. The match ended with a win for Caucau.
