Moncho Manzor hit a great ball. 10 minutes into the match, Nautico F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Victoriano San Miguel came free, but Felipe León reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Felipe León took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adolfo Dol, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 15th minute, Victoriano San Miguel got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Victoriano San Miguel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Nautico F.C's Felipe León played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Victoriano San Miguel in the 20th minute of play. Celedonio Magalhaes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cornelio Verdejo having to interfere. Pejerrey's Cornelio Verdejo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cresenciano Muguertegui in the 23rd minute of play. Victoriano San Miguel struck a weak shot in the 24th minute. Felipe León didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pejerrey. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adolfo Dol in the 25th minute of play forced Nautico F.C's goalkeeper Felipe León to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Pejerrey's zone, Moncho Manzor stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cornelio Verdejo came out of the goal and Moncho Manzor tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 33rd minute Adolfo Dol shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Felipe León saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Adolfo Dol came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the Pejerrey fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Adolfo Dol couldn't finish the play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Felipe León made an important save on a dangerous shot by Victoriano San Miguel in the 59th minute. Victoriano San Miguel could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 65th minute of the match, but Felipe León made a huge save. Adolfo Dol's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Felipe León read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 69th minute of play. Baldomero Las Casas's late challenge caught a Pejerrey's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Baldomero Las Casas helped the player get up and apologised. After some fancy dribbling in the 73rd minute, Adolfo Dol managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pejerrey's supporters rose to their feet, but Adolfo Dol was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Felipe León breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Victoriano San Miguel's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 74thth minute, Felipe León skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 75th match minute, Nautico F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Baldomero Las Casas to maneuver through the defense. In the 76th minute, Victoriano San Miguel left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Pejerrey fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. The supporters of Nautico F.C booed when Pejerrey was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sandro Vásquez didn't get a good kick on the ball. Felipe León made a fantastic save in the 82nd minute, when Victoriano San Miguel sent off a good shot on target. Felipe León showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adolfo Dol in the 88th minute of the match. In the 94th minute Adolfo Dol shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Felipe León saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Victoriano San Miguel could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 96th minute of the match, but Felipe León made a huge save. Pejerrey's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
