Celestino Otazo who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 6thth minute tested the skills of Cipriano Simaverti when he managed to save the team from getting behind. If Alcadio Margulis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Altue AFC's Cipriano Simaverti proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 9th minute of the match, managed to save Altue AFC from getting a goal against them. After a defensive mix-up in Altue AFC's zone, Celestino Otazo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cipriano Simaverti came out of the goal and Celestino Otazo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Mulchen FC's Celestino Otazo in the 15th minute got a chance for a shot 15th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Altue AFC's goalie prevented a goal. 18 minutes into the game, Alcadio Margulis was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Altue AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mulchen FC the free kick. When Viviano Granic came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the Mulchen FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Viviano Granic couldn't finish the play. A hard shot 26 in the game by Celestino Otazo from a close distance when the talented Cipriano Simaverti managed to make a qualified save. Altue AFC's players were relieved. If Celestino Otazo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Altue AFC's Arnaldo Uribe got a free kick in the 35th minute. Celestino Otazo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cipriano Simaverti having to interfere. Through an outstanding action, after 39 minutes, Cipriano Simaverti successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Fulco Asenjo during the 41st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 41 played minutes Mulchen FC got a freekick which was hit by Fulco Asenjo. After 44 minutes of play, Altue AFC's Modestio Villota made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Miquel Edwards was left in no man's land by his defense there!

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Celestino Otazo made a kick off. Modestio Villota recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 51st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 59th minute Silviano Price shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Miquel Edwards saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Mulchen FC getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Eber Picarte hit a great ball. Mulchen FC's Miquel Edwards proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 60th minute of the match, managed to save Mulchen FC from getting a goal against them. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Celestino Otazo in the 63rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cipriano Simaverti prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Liberto Bórquez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Silviano Price struck a weak shot in the 68th minute. Miquel Edwards didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Altue AFC. In the 77th minute, Eber Picarte got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Altue AFC's Arnaldo Uribe got a free kick in the 80th minute. After having played for 81 minutes, Celestino Otazo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mulchen FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Celestino Otazo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 83rd minute, Celestino Otazo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cipriano Simaverti was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Modestio Villota got free with Miquel Edwards in the 87th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 89th minute Modestio Villota shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Miquel Edwards saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cipriano Simaverti took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Celestino Otazo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cipriano Simaverti showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Liberto Bórquez, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Mulchen FC players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
