After some fancy dribbling in the 40th minute, Maxín Linacre managed to get in a good position for a shot. Solor FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Maxín Linacre was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Xulián Tobar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 45th minute, Romualdo Perl got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

56 minutes into the match, Maxín Linacre notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Libun's Xulián Tobar. Xulián Tobar was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Francisco Javier Wood's late challenge caught a Solor FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Xulián Tobar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maxín Linacre in the 94th minute of play. Solor FC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
