After a defensive mix-up in Huite FC's zone, Naelio Lobillo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Inocente Lazcano came out of the goal and Naelio Lobillo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Huite FC's Inocente Lazcano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Podador Verdejo in the 11th minute of play. Naelio Lobillo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Baltazar Santelices fell near the penalty area in the 15th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Huite FC's protests and gave Baltazar Santelices a yellow card for diving instead. After 15 played minutes Huite FC got a freekick which was hit by Baltazar Santelices. In the 18th minute NESTOR K were awarded a corner. Madeo Vuskovic went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Madeo Vuskovic got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Inocente Lazcano quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Inocente Lazcano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Podador Verdejo in the 20th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Huite FC's Mercé La Motte slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Horacio Freire. That made the score 1-0 after 23 minutes of play. Horacio Freire made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mercé La Motte in the 30th minute of play. In the 31st minute the ball was on its way in behind NESTOR K's goalkeeper Horacio Freire, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rufino Delpín during the 33rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Rufino Delpín kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. Rubén Pantaleon hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. Inocente Lazcano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Naelio Lobillo, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. If Mercé La Motte had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Podador Verdejo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Mercé La Motte made a kick off. 54 minutes into the match, Huite FC's Baldomero Carreño sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Horacio Freire narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 56 minutes into the match, Huite FC's goalkeeper Inocente Lazcano had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Naelio Lobillo. Liberto Edwards fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Horacio Freire having to interfere. When Baldomero Carreño came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the Huite FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Baldomero Carreño couldn't finish the play. Horacio Freire made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mercé La Motte in the 66th minute of play. After a rather tough play, NESTOR K's Eriberto Gorriti got a free kick in the 75th minute. The Huite FC fans' excitement grew in the 80th match minute when Huite FC's Mercé La Motte looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 85 minutes into the game, Mercé La Motte cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Horacio Freire was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.
