Spectators: 6725 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1725, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Ysidro Garzón took the kick off in the first half of the match. Ismael Alvar hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. Andolín Reinaga recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 6th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With his leg Nacho Fariña managed to avoid a goal in the 11thth minute, when Atilla FC's Andolín Reinaga fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The supporters of Pocillas FC booed when Atilla FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Simón Lobos didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 13 played minutes, Pocillas FC's Florencio Lastra shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Paulino Eastman came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Pocillas FC reached it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eber Zegarra in the 22nd minute of play forced Atilla FC's goalkeeper Paulino Eastman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nacho Fariña had great luck who in the 25thth minute grab hold of the ball when Ysidro Garzón from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 41 minutes into the game, Marco Mac Iver was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Pocillas FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Atilla FC the free kick. After 41 played minutes Pocillas FC got a freekick which was hit by Marco Mac Iver. Ysidro Garzón recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Eber Zegarra was the one to do the kick off. Pocillas FC's Nacho Fariña played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ysidro Garzón in the 53rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ysidro Garzón in the 55th minute of play forced Pocillas FC's goalkeeper Nacho Fariña to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eber Zegarra might have been able to make a better finish in the 58th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Paulino Eastman. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Eber Zegarra ran back to his position shaking his head. The tension between the Atilla FC and the Pocillas FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 78 played minutes Atilla FC got a freekick which was hit by Ysidro Garzón. Ismael Alvar charged in rather forcefully in the 79th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ismael Alvar the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 79 played minutes Pocillas FC got a freekick which was hit by Ismael Alvar. Atilla FC's Ysidro Garzón got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 85th match minute, Pocillas FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fausto Lacunza to maneuver through the defense. Andolín Reinaga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nacho Fariña having to interfere. Nacho Fariña took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ysidro Garzón, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nacho Fariña showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ysidro Garzón in the 93rd minute of the match.
