Spectators: 7017 (Terracing: 5517, Seating: 1400, VIP seats: 100) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Amadeo Dahlgren started the match with the kick off. Eber Valdebenito showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lorenzo Vicencio, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. Jacinto Von Bischhoffshausen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Rollo Ortuguren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Amadeo Dahlgren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eber Valdebenito having to interfere. If Lorenzo Vicencio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Adelino Cuello hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. Eber Valdebenito took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lorenzo Vicencio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lois Utreras hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. Amadeo Dahlgren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Amadeo Dahlgren blasted a shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Eber Valdebenito having to make a save. Curaco AFC's Lorenzo Vicencio got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Amadeo Dahlgren's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Eber Valdebenito was relentless in the 38th minute of the game. Amadeo Dahlgren recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jacinto Von Bischhoffshausen to strike the kick off in the second half. Lorenzo Vicencio's late challenge caught a Malloco AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Lorenzo Vicencio helped the player get up and apologised. Lorenzo Vicencio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Eber Valdebenito tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Amadeo Dahlgren recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Eber Valdebenito was a little too slow when Amadeo Dahlgren got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 62nd minute. The score was now 0-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Germán Camiña during the 69th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. If Quique Avaria had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 79 minutes into the match, Malloco AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Amadeo Dahlgren came free, but Eber Valdebenito reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Curaco AFC's Germán Camiña slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Eber Valdebenito. That made the score 0-3 after 85 minutes of play. In the 88th minute, Germán Camiña hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Malloco AFC's zone, Lorenzo Vicencio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eber Valdebenito came out of the goal and Lorenzo Vicencio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Curaco AFC booed when Malloco AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Quique Avaria didn't get a good kick on the ball. With an all-out effort, Curaco AFC's Eber Valdebenito threw himself towards the right post 95 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Amadeo Dahlgren, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Curaco AFC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
