In the 8th minute, Moises Ronaldo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Burns fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Moises Ronaldos short, quick shot in the 10thth minute got Viviano Mouat to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Normando Badiola kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. Duarte Ávila took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 12th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Viviano Mouat. Choyota's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The supporters of Burns booed when Choyota was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hipolito Arteaga didn't get a good kick on the ball. Viviano Mouat was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 17th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Francisco José Schroeders. After a rather tough play, Choyota's Hipolito Arteaga got a free kick in the 19th minute. Moises Ronaldo might have been able to make a better finish in the 25th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Viviano Mouat. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Moises Ronaldo ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 28th minute, Fulgencio Villarroel fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Viviano Mouat stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fulgencio Villarroel's shot from short distance in the 29th minute. After 30 played minutes Choyota got a freekick which was hit by Hipolito Arteaga. Viviano Mouat was out of position in the 36 minute of play, and Fulgencio Villarroel capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Fulgencio Villarroel really showed his touch with that goal: 4-0. 5-0 became the score in the 39th minute when Moises Ronaldo elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Echedey Ditzel during the 43rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Burns booed when Choyota was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Echedey Ditzel didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fulgencio Villarroel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Viviano Mouat having to interfere. Moises Ronaldo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 47th minute of the match, but Viviano Mouat made a huge save.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Baltazar Herreros to make the kick off. Casimiro Salas struck a weak shot in the 57th minute. Viviano Mouat didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Burns. Viviano Mouat didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Fulgencio Villarroel went, in the 60th minute, to the upper right corner, 7-0 was the resulting score. When the match had gone on for 64 minutes, Moises Ronaldo put it in 8-0 from a short distance just to the right of Viviano Mouat. Viviano Mouat stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Moises Ronaldo's shot from short distance in the 68th minute. Hipolito Arteaga hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. Hipolito Arteaga recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Fulgencio Villarroel might have been able to make a better finish in the 77th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Viviano Mouat. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Fulgencio Villarroel ran back to his position shaking his head. 78 minutes into the match, Choyota's goal looked a bit too open when Moises Ronaldo came free, but Viviano Mouat reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Viviano Mouat stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fulgencio Villarroel's shot from short distance in the 83rd minute. Hipolito Arteaga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Aleksandr Filimonov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fulgencio Villarroel took the ball and in the 87 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Viviano Mouat. Viviano Mouat dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 9-0. Viviano Mouat made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fulgencio Villarroel in the 91st minute of play. When Burns's Moises Ronaldo in the 92nd minute got a chance for a shot 92nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Choyota's goalie prevented a goal. Choyota's Viviano Mouat played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Moises Ronaldo in the 96th minute of play. When the referee ended the match the Burns players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
