In the 5th minute Mannuel Undurraga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Velasco Patterson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Alcantara AFC's Bairon Cea got a free kick in the 11th minute. Eliézer Pimenta recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Eliézer Pimenta in the 16th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Velasco Patterson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 20 minutes into the game, one of Alcantara AFC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 26thth minute of the game Eliézer Pimenta who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Alcantara AFC's Velasco Patterson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the match had gone on for 27 minutes, Ramon María Frias took a quick shot and it went in 2-1 without a chance for Calvino Nisen to make any attempt to save it. Eliézer Pimenta took the ball and in the 31 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Velasco Patterson. Velasco Patterson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Eliézer Pimenta in the 35th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Velasco Patterson saved Alcantara AFC from getting behind. The first half was very even, with the score at 2-2 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Eliézer Pimenta made a kick off. In the 72nd minute, Alberto Alderete hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Ramon María Frias had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Telmo Romero kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Alcantara AFC's Roy Brown got a free kick in the 90th minute. Eliézer Pimenta struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Velasco Patterson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ceatolei F.C.. The Ceatolei F.C. players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
