Raymundo Arbieto started the match with the kick off. In the 6th minute, Nicanor Levenier got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 12 minutes into the match, Orlondón Ward had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Claudio Hormazabal. Quebradillas's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Orlondón Ward was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. If Raymundo Arbieto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 18 minutes into the match, Samuel Concha notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Huilquilemu's Delfino Advis. Delfino Advis was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Quebradillas's Raymundo Arbieto in the 27th minute got a chance for a shot 27th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Huilquilemu's goalie prevented a goal. Raymundo Arbieto struck a weak shot in the 30th minute. Delfino Advis didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Quebradillas. When Samuel Concha came up free with the goalie in the 31st minute, the Quebradillas fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Samuel Concha couldn't finish the play. Delfino Advis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Samuel Concha in the 36th minute of the match. Delfino Advis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Samuel Concha, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 38th match minute, Huilquilemu was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Axel Paladino to maneuver through the defense. Quebradillas were awarded a corner in the 40th minute after Huilquilemu's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Evelio Pappenheim took the corner. The corner ended in Evelio Pappenheim almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Huilquilemu's Delfino Advis did a great save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Orlondón Ward got free with Claudio Hormazabal in the 47th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Nicanor Levenier was the one to do the kick off. A collision led to Huilquilemu getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Anastasio Basualdo hit a great ball. Delfino Advis was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Raymundo Arbieto showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-2 in the 56 minute of play. Raymundo Arbieto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Orlondón Ward in the 63rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Claudio Hormazabal saved Quebradillas from getting behind. Orlondón Ward recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 67th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 71 minutes, Raymundo Arbieto managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Quebradillas's supporters crossed their fingers, but Raymundo Arbieto was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Delfino Advis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Raymundo Arbieto, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. If Raymundo Arbieto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. If Raymundo Arbieto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Samuel Concha received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Delfino Advis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 88 minutes, Loreno Arata managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Huilquilemu's supporters crossed their fingers, but Loreno Arata was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Samuel Concha sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 96th minute, Nicanor Levenier got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the final whistle sounded Quebradillas left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Huilquilemu.
