After having played for 31 minutes, Nicodemo Turri managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Centinela Español's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nicodemo Turri was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience was convinced that Inocencio Zumelzu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cristiano Huenul was relentless in the 36th minute of the game. 45 minutes into the match, Centinela Español's goal looked a bit too open when Inocencio Zumelzu came free, but Cristiano Huenul reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pietro Hoffmann took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lester Reinoso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pietro Hoffmann showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lester Reinoso, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. The supporters of Iberia booed when Centinela Español was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fidelio Callejas didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 94th minute, José Javier Hermua managed to get in a good position for a shot. Iberia's supporters rose to their feet, but José Javier Hermua was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cristiano Huenul breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Inocencio Zumelzu in the 96th minute of play forced Centinela Español's goalkeeper Cristiano Huenul to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. José Javier Hermua fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 98th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cristiano Huenul having to interfere. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
