The supporters of Silpasilvani booed when Putuputane was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Yeray Chirinos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Savier Alvarado was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 10th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. In the 14th minute, Velasco Zercalde got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Nafarroa Painecura charged in rather forcefully in the 15th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nafarroa Painecura the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 15 played minutes Putuputane got a freekick which was hit by Nafarroa Painecura. Velasco Zercalde sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 18 minutes into the match, Putuputane's goal looked a bit too open when Jose Miguel Araus came free, but Paulín Ayala reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 22nd minute, David Israel Ardizzoni left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Putuputane fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. In the 27th minute Jose Miguel Araus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paulín Ayala saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 33 minutes into the match, Silpasilvani's goal looked a bit too open when Felipe Luna came free, but Jeronimo Morel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Velasco Zercalde had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Velasco Zercalde struck a weak shot in the 43rd minute. Paulín Ayala didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Silpasilvani. Jose Miguel Araus received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Paulín Ayala tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The wind increased when Jose Miguel Araus made the kick off in the second half. Paulín Ayala showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Patricio Iglesias in the 53rd minute of the match. In the 55th minute, Jose Miguel Araus made a precise shot to the right of Paulín Ayala. Putuputane's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. In the 62nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Putuputane's goalkeeper Paulín Ayala, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by David Israel Ardizzoni in the 65th minute of play forced Silpasilvani's goalkeeper Jeronimo Morel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jeronimo Morel was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Yeray Chirinos showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-2 in the 69 minute of play. After 76 played minutes, Silpasilvani's Benedicto Arnault shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Paulín Ayala came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Silpasilvani reached it. After 82 played minutes Silpasilvani got a freekick which was hit by Patricio Iglesias. The long shot by Ezequiel Gebler in the 82nd minute really tested Jeronimo Morel's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. 84 minutes into the game, Velasco Zercalde cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-2. Paulín Ayala was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Felipe Luna recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Nafarroa Painecura hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match.
