Spectators: 7422 (Terracing: 5567, Seating: 1707, VIP seats: 148) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Constantino Porte kicked off to start the match. Wilfredo Camiña's late challenge caught a Mafil FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Wilfredo Camiña helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Puangue getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Wilfredo Camiña hit a great ball. Gaspar Aristorena's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Manu Romero firmly grabbed it by the left post. Manu Romero showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Constantino Abogabir in the 7th minute of the match. After 9 minutes of play, Mafil FC's Gaspar Aristorena made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Manu Romero was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a rather tough play, Mafil FC's Pablo Srain got a free kick in the 12th minute. Fulgencio Escala took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vinos Ibarrueta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Manu Romero was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 18th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Lautaro Pinuer. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Vinos Ibarrueta managed to get in a good position for a shot. Puangue's supporters rose to their feet, but Vinos Ibarrueta was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fulgencio Escala breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Constantino Porte received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Fulgencio Escala tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vinos Ibarrueta scored 2-1 in the 31st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Fulgencio Escala, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Vinos Ibarrueta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fulgencio Escala having to interfere. In the 42nd minute, Lautaro Pinuer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 44 played minutes, Puangue's Lucero Cisneros shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Fulgencio Escala came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Puangue reached it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Reces Haviland in the 45th minute of play forced Puangue's goalkeeper Manu Romero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fulgencio Escala took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Constantino Porte, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Manu Romero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Constantino Abogabir, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Constantino Abogabir stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Mafil FC getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Pablo Srain hit a great ball. Manu Romero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Constantino Abogabir, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Constantino Porte received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Fulgencio Escala came out and tried to block the shot, but Constantino Porte slotted it home off the left post making it 2-2 in the 63rd minute. In the 66th match minute, Puangue was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Xaime Zuazagoitia to maneuver through the defense. When Reces Haviland fell near the penalty area in the 67th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Mafil FC's protests and gave Reces Haviland a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Mafil FC getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Reces Haviland hit a great ball. If Constantino Porte had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. During the 69th minute of the match Pablo Srain completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Pablo Srain a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After a rather tough play, Mafil FC's Pablo Srain got a free kick in the 70th minute. Vinos Ibarrueta could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 71st minute of the match, but Fulgencio Escala made a huge save. The crowd rose to their feet as Puangue's Constantino Porte slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Fulgencio Escala. That made the score 2-3 after 73 minutes of play. After 76 minutes of play Mafil FC's Reces Haviland was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Lucero Cisneros shot from long distance in the 78th minute, but Fulgencio Escala was prepared and stopped the ball at the left post. Fulgencio Escala made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Constantino Porte in the 79th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 81st minute, Constantino Porte managed to get in a good position for a shot. Puangue's supporters rose to their feet, but Constantino Porte was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fulgencio Escala breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Vinos Ibarrueta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Constantino Porte's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fulgencio Escala was relentless in the 84th minute of the game. Fulgencio Escala showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Constantino Porte, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. After 87 played minutes Mafil FC got a freekick which was hit by Constantino Abogabir. Vinos Ibarrueta recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Mafil FC's Fulgencio Escala proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 92nd minute of the match, managed to save Mafil FC from getting a goal against them. 97 minutes into the match, Mafil FC's goal looked a bit too open when Constantino Porte came free, but Fulgencio Escala reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Constantino Porte had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 99th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Puangue's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
