Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Ismael Lautroup kicked off to start the match. The supporters of Patillos booed when Cutijmalla FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Virgilio Latapiat didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Cutijmalla FC's Carlos Saúl Larrazabal got a free kick in the 7th minute. In the 10th minute Pere Jordi Las Casas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fortunato Astigueta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Ismael Lautroup's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Eugenio Almendros was relentless in the 11th minute of the game. Eugenio Almendros didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Regino Camus went, in the 13th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. After 17 played minutes Patillos got a freekick which was hit by Sergi Serey. Jonatan Blanch, 18 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Fortunato Astigueta stood somewhat misplaced when Pere Jordi Las Casas came free in front of goal and shot 1-1 to the left of him in the 23 minute. If Duardo Raggio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 29th minute, Román Catalá left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Patillos fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. When Carlos Saúl Larrazabal came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the Cutijmalla FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Carlos Saúl Larrazabal couldn't finish the play. Fortunato Astigueta took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Modestio Laso de la Vega, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ismael Lautroup sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 47th match minute, Cutijmalla FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jonatan Blanch to maneuver through the defense. After the first half Patillos were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Pere Jordi Las Casas made a kick off. The audience was convinced that Vinicio Poblete's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fortunato Astigueta was relentless in the 53rd minute of the game. In the 68th minute Carlos Saúl Larrazabal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fortunato Astigueta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ismael Lautroup scored 2-3 in the 69th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Eugenio Almendros, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 75 played minutes Cutijmalla FC got a freekick which was hit by Carlos Saúl Larrazabal. When Rogerio Talledo fell near the penalty area in the 81st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cutijmalla FC's protests and gave Rogerio Talledo a yellow card for diving instead. In the 81st minute, Rogerio Talledo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Carlos Saúl Larrazabal was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 83 minutes had been played. After a rather tough play, Cutijmalla FC's Carlos Saúl Larrazabal got a free kick in the 83rd minute. 85 minutes into the match, Pere Jordi Las Casas notched a goal, 3-3, to the right of Patillos's Fortunato Astigueta. Fortunato Astigueta was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
