The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Rafael Henson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Saturnino Quiroga in the 3rd minute of the match. Narcís Parrini received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Rafael Henson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 28th match minute, Aguada was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Saverio Suarez to maneuver through the defense. Mónico Vivar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eriberto Justiniano in the 38th minute of play. Mateo Marchena's late challenge caught a Aguada's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mateo Marchena helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Limaxina's Mateo Marchena got a free kick in the 44th minute. Norberto Gabler, 45 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Saverio Suarez hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Saturnino Quiroga to make the kick off. Eriberto Justiniano struck a weak shot in the 53rd minute. Mónico Vivar didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Limaxina. Saturnino Quiroga scored 1-0 in the 56th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rafael Henson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 65 minutes, Narcís Parrini made it 2-0 with a short kick to the right side. Limaxina's Rafael Henson tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After having played for 90 minutes, Saturnino Quiroga managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Aguada's supporters crossed their fingers, but Saturnino Quiroga was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 92nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Limaxina's goalkeeper Rafael Henson, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Limaxina's zone, Narcís Parrini stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rafael Henson came out of the goal and Narcís Parrini tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Aguada had won after a very even match.
