Francisco Antonio Huaiquipan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Saturnino Quiroga in the 20th minute of play. 23 minutes into the game, Colton's Cristofer Prenafeta nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mónico Vivar made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. If Saturnino Quiroga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 28th match minute, Colton was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gaston Marchetti to maneuver through the defense. Francisco Antonio Huaiquipan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Saturnino Quiroga in the 31st minute of the match. In the 32nd minute, Saturnino Quiroga fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Francisco Antonio Huaiquipan, passed just outside the right post. Narcís Parrini's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Francisco Antonio Huaiquipan read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 36th minute of play. The supporters of Aguada booed when Colton was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Salvatore Lagarrigue didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Cristofer Prenafeta to strike the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Saturnino Quiroga in the 53rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Francisco Antonio Huaiquipan saved Colton from getting behind. Cristofer Prenafeta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fulgencio Respaldiza kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. After 66 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Colton! Norberto Gabler placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! Narcís Parrini sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Saturnino Quiroga took the ball and in the 83 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Francisco Antonio Huaiquipan. Francisco Antonio Huaiquipan dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Saturnino Quiroga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Colton's Francisco Antonio Huaiquipan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Saturnino Quiroga in the 89th minute of play. Aguada were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Colton to leave the ground with a draw.
