The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Majada AFC's Leopoldo Binfa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arnaldo Ulibarrigamboa in the 10th minute of play. Samuel White received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Leopoldo Binfa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 20th play minute Rexino Catoni came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Odilón Goeppet. 1-0. Samuel White received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Leopoldo Binfa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 26th minute, Arnaldo Ulibarrigamboa left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Antiguala fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Nestor Boza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Juan Miguel Arens kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. In the 37th minute Arnaldo Ulibarrigamboa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leopoldo Binfa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 41stth minute of the game Arnaldo Ulibarrigamboa who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Majada AFC's Leopoldo Binfa was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Arnaldo Ulibarrigamboa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Nestor Boza to strike the kick off in the second half. Leopoldo Binfa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lois Siña in the 57th minute. With a little luck, Majada AFC's Leopoldo Binfa got control of the ball when Samuel White tried to sneak it across the goal line. 69 minutes into the game, Arnaldo Ulibarrigamboa was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Antiguala's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Majada AFC the free kick. A collision led to Antiguala getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Arnaldo Ulibarrigamboa hit a great ball. Arnaldo Ulibarrigamboa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Antiguala booed when Majada AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Juan Miguel Arens didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rexino Catoni recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ervigio Schiappacasse hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. If Arnaldo Ulibarrigamboa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Antiguala booed when Majada AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Federico Mantilla didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 86th minute, Samuel White managed to get in a good position for a shot. Antiguala's supporters rose to their feet, but Samuel White was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Leopoldo Binfa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Arnaldo Ulibarrigamboa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leopoldo Binfa having to interfere. Rexino Catoni might have been able to make a better finish in the 90th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Odilón Goeppet. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Rexino Catoni ran back to his position shaking his head. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Antiguala players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
