Plácido Alpi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cresenciano Araoz in the 32nd minute of the match. Plácido Alpi was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Cresenciano Araoz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Plácido Alpi having to interfere. 65 minutes into the match, Cajon FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ismael Nazario Chamaca came free, but Octavio Súnico reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Chuviri AFC's Plácido Alpi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cresenciano Araoz in the 73rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cresenciano Araoz in the 82nd minute of play forced Chuviri AFC's goalkeeper Plácido Alpi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Octavio Súnico didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Agustín Kowalesko went, in the 96th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Chuviri AFC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Cajon FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
