Seating: 1687, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Abdul Droguett kicked off to start the match. Tilluma's Raymundo Lama played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abdul Droguett in the 4th minute of play. In the 6th minute, Regino Solezzi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rafael Maria Gorriti received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Arturo Sudi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Tilluma booed when Maichin was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Juan Fernando Waiben didn't get a good kick on the ball. Arturo Sudi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rafael Maria Gorriti in the 18th minute of the match. Narcís Lagarrigue sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 24 minutes, Rafael Maria Gorriti managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tilluma's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rafael Maria Gorriti was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rafael Maria Gorriti in the 38th minute of play forced Maichin's goalkeeper Arturo Sudi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Tilluma booed when Maichin was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Juan Fernando Waiben didn't get a good kick on the ball. Odol Magofke received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Raymundo Lama tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.
After a defensive mix-up in Maichin's zone, Narcís Lagarrigue stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arturo Sudi came out of the goal and Narcís Lagarrigue tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Abdul Droguett had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 68th minute, Odol Magofke managed to get in a good position for a shot. Maichin's supporters rose to their feet, but Odol Magofke was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Raymundo Lama breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Eleuterio Mauad did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-1 to the left of a surprised Arturo Sudi 75 minutes into the match. Odol Magofke fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Raymundo Lama having to interfere. Arturo Sudi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rafael Maria Gorriti in the 85th minute of the match. Raymundo Lama made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Odol Magofke in the 91st minute of play. 92 minutes into the game, Maichin's Abdul Droguett nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Raymundo Lama made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. Tilluma's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
