Maurino Devoto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 27th minute, Maurino Devoto got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Miguel Hernánde Liendo during the 33rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 33rd minute, Miguel Hernánde Liendo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Erasmo Aburto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maurino Devoto, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. After 41 played minutes Chingoles got a freekick which was hit by Milián Carmona. Eloy Jordy sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Maurino Devoto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Miguel Hernánde Liendo to strike the kick off in the second half. Erasmo Aburto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eloy Jordy in the 53rd minute of play. In the 54th minute, Maurino Devoto got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jacobo Lazcano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Erasmo Aburto having to interfere. If Maurino Devoto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Miguel Hernánde Liendo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Severo Rosende having to interfere. 73 minutes into the match, Chingoles's goal looked a bit too open when Jacobo Lazcano came free, but Erasmo Aburto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Fuego FC had played much better football throughout.
