José Carlos Canío's late challenge caught a Barriles's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Podador Camacho was the one to do the kick off. Rubén Irisarri might have been able to make a better finish in the 84th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Iván Pasten. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Rubén Irisarri ran back to his position shaking his head. Iván Pasten didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Silviano Oses went, in the 86th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Rubén Irisarri sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fausto Bermúdez didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cristofer Fouillioux went, in the 99th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. Aico's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
