Spectators: 6840 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1840, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Nacho Malaree made the kick off which started today's match. In the 6th match minute, Matancillos FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Domingo Pezoa to maneuver through the defense. In the 8th minute, Edgardo Alcalde made a precise shot to the right of Quentín Hacke. Chichita's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. The audience was convinced that Pere Abaroa's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Quentín Hacke was relentless in the 11th minute of the game. Matancillos FC's Pere Abaroa got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Edgardo Alcalde in the 14th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Quentín Hacke saved Chichita from getting behind. Quentín Hacke showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Domingo Pezoa in the 15th minute of the match. When Matancillos FC's Edgardo Alcalde in the 21st minute got a chance for a shot 21st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Chichita's goalie prevented a goal. When Axel Solminihac fell near the penalty area in the 22nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Chichita's protests and gave Axel Solminihac a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Chichita getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Axel Solminihac hit a great ball. The supporters of Chichita booed when Matancillos FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mariano Arestizabal didn't get a good kick on the ball. Quentín Hacke took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pere Abaroa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Aristides Julio made a great header on Matancillos FC's corner, it was just that Chichita's Quentín Hacke managed to reach the ball for a save. Mariano Arestizabal hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. In the 35th minute, Chichita's Nacho Malaree ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Ricard Dell´Orto. Ricard Dell´Orto yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-2. Edgardo Alcalde recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 42nd minute, Valiente Blanco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ricard Dell´Orto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nacho Malaree, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. When Pere Abaroa, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 47 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Quentín Hacke was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Edgardo Alcalde made a kick off. If Pere Abaroa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 55th minute, Pere Abaroa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 60th minute the ball was on its way in behind Chichita's goalkeeper Quentín Hacke, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After having played for 65 minutes, Pere Abaroa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Matancillos FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Pere Abaroa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edgardo Alcalde in the 69th minute of play forced Chichita's goalkeeper Quentín Hacke to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Quentín Hacke stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Edgardo Alcalde's shot from short distance in the 74th minute. Adán Munita hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. In the 78th minute of the match Aristides Julio shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Quentín Hacke showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. With a little luck, Chichita's Quentín Hacke got control of the ball when Pere Abaroa tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Matancillos FC's Edgardo Alcalde in the 85th minute got a chance for a shot 85th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Chichita's goalie prevented a goal. With a little luck, Chichita's Quentín Hacke got control of the ball when Edgardo Alcalde tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, Chichita's Adán Munita got a free kick in the 87th minute. If Edgardo Alcalde had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the final whistle sounded Matancillos FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Chichita.
