In the 14th minute, Feliberto Nuñez got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Mauricio Aránguiz kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. Jose Rober came out of the goal in the 22nd minute to try and stop a shot by General Manuel Baquedano's Feliberto Nuñez. But to his dismay, Feliberto Nuñez quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. In the 28th match minute, General Manuel Baquedano was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mannuel Fontaine to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of General Manuel Baquedano booed when Sacaya AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pol Pomar didn't get a good kick on the ball. Pol Pomar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Rambo Ramírez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Sacaya AFC getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Mauricio Aránguiz hit a great ball. In the 46th minute, Sacaya AFC's Pol Pomar dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-5. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-5 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Christiano Almi was the one to do the kick off. When Pol Pomar fell near the penalty area in the 52nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sacaya AFC's protests and gave Pol Pomar a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Sacaya AFC's Pol Pomar got a free kick in the 52nd minute. Mauricio Aránguiz hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. Sacaya AFC's Jose Rober played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Esteban Huelqui in the 59th minute of play. Feliberto Nuñez scored 1-6 in the 60th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jose Rober, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Pol Pomar struck a weak shot in the 64th minute. Rambo Ramírez didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sacaya AFC. A collision led to General Manuel Baquedano getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Karlos Domeyco hit a great ball. Rambo Ramírez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Christiano Almi in the 70th minute of the match. In the 71st minute of the match Sacaya AFC got a corner. General Manuel Baquedano's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Valerio Milan ran over to the corner to take the kick. A well-hit corner resulted in Christiano Almi heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mauricio Aránguiz during the 73rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pol Pomar in the 80th minute of play forced General Manuel Baquedano's goalkeeper Rambo Ramírez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 83 minutes into the match, General Manuel Baquedano's Jiljí Ritter sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jose Rober narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 86 minutes into the match, Sacaya AFC's Pol Pomar sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rambo Ramírez narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pol Pomar in the 88th minute of play forced General Manuel Baquedano's goalkeeper Rambo Ramírez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 96 minutes into the match, General Manuel Baquedano's goal looked a bit too open when Christiano Almi came free, but Rambo Ramírez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the final whistle sounded General Manuel Baquedano left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Sacaya AFC.
