After a rather tough play, Antumapu's Celino Huilcaman got a free kick in the 4th minute. 7 minutes into the match, Antumapu's goal looked a bit too open when Filomeno Barcena came free, but Seran Farren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, C.D. Meseta Azul's Mateo Rey got a free kick in the 12th minute. When Mateo Rey fell near the penalty area in the 17th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored C.D. Meseta Azul's protests and gave Mateo Rey a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of C.D. Meseta Azul booed when Antumapu was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lorenzo Apaulaza didn't get a good kick on the ball. Patricio Marinovic received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Seran Farren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Johnathan Rowett came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the C.D. Meseta Azul fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Johnathan Rowett couldn't finish the play. The supporters of C.D. Meseta Azul booed when Antumapu was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Daniel Davalos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Seran Farren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Robert Callejas in the 34th minute of play. Seran Farren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Filomeno Barcena, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 37th match minute, Antumapu was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Daniel Davalos to maneuver through the defense. Patricio Marinovic kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. After the first half C.D. Meseta Azul were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Elías Pareja was the one to do the kick off. Jerardo Malaree lost his temper 57 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Antumapu fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 57th minute. Penalty! The referee gave C.D. Meseta Azul a penalty, 59 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Filomeno Barcena, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Antumapu's Seran Farren. 0-2. 61 minutes into the match, Antumapu's goalkeeper Seran Farren had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Johnathan Rowett. With a little luck, Antumapu's Seran Farren got control of the ball when Juan Jelves tried to sneak it across the goal line. Johnathan Rowett came free with the goalkeeper in the 64th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Seran Farren could save by the left post. Antumapu's Seran Farren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Robert Callejas in the 66th minute of play. Seran Farren made an important save on a dangerous shot by Juan Jelves in the 68th minute. In the 70th minute, C.D. Meseta Azul's Johnathan Rowett ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Seran Farren. Seran Farren yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-3. Seran Farren was a little too slow when Patricio Marinovic got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 75th minute. The score was now 0-4. 78 minutes into the game, Johnathan Rowett recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Seran Farren. Johnathan Rowett showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-5. After 81 played minutes C.D. Meseta Azul got a freekick which was hit by Juan Jelves. Mateo Rey got his second yellow card in the match during the 83rd minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 83rd match minute, C.D. Meseta Azul was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mateo Rey to maneuver through the defense. In the 87th minute, Daniel Davalos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 89th minute, Filomeno Barcena got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Merlin Nef showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zarpas Amiot, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. The supporters of Antumapu booed when C.D. Meseta Azul was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Patricio Marinovic didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Antumapu fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. C.D. Meseta Azul were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
