Karlos Mota was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Omar Araus showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 5 minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ruyman Lea in the 13th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Godofredo Iturralde saved IMPERIO F.B.C. from getting behind. Rolando Espinace kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. 19 minutes into the match, FC Zulia's goalkeeper Karlos Mota had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Washington Deves. In the 19th match minute, IMPERIO F.B.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dalmacio Urceda to maneuver through the defense. In the 22nd minute, Heliodoro Uriondo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Zulia fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Heliodoro Uriondo charged in rather forcefully in the 26th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Heliodoro Uriondo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to FC Zulia getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Heliodoro Uriondo hit a great ball. Karlos Mota made a fantastic save in the 28th minute, when Lucas Manieu sent off a good shot on target. Rolando Espinace kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. The supporters of IMPERIO F.B.C. booed when FC Zulia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vinos Dean didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, IMPERIO F.B.C.'s Matteo Siña got a free kick in the 35th minute. When Rolando Espinace came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the FC Zulia fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rolando Espinace couldn't finish the play. Godofredo Iturralde made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mario Ralph in the 39th minute of play. After a rather tough play, IMPERIO F.B.C.'s Alfonso Segura got a free kick in the 46th minute. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ruyman Lea made a kick off. After 51 played minutes IMPERIO F.B.C. got a freekick which was hit by Dalmacio Urceda. Omar Araus hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. A collision led to FC Zulia getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Manu Ravest hit a great ball. Salvatore Ardizzoni hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Salvatore Ardizzoni got free with Godofredo Iturralde in the 64th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Godofredo Iturralde showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ruyman Lea in the 66th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ruyman Lea in the 69th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Godofredo Iturralde saved IMPERIO F.B.C. from getting behind. 71 minutes into the match, FC Zulia's goal looked a bit too open when Washington Deves came free, but Karlos Mota reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 73rd minute Cornelio Jory shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karlos Mota saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lucas Manieu in the 74th minute of play forced FC Zulia's goalkeeper Karlos Mota to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 81 minutes into the match, FC Zulia's goal looked a bit too open when Cornelio Jory came free, but Karlos Mota reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 88 minutes into the game, IMPERIO F.B.C.'s Cornelio Jory nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Karlos Mota made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. Washington Deves sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. IMPERIO F.B.C. had played much better football throughout.
