Francisco Javier Butto dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Ernie Kenney had several of the Renico FC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 10 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 2-0 score and a disappointed Francisco Javier Butto as he didn't even see the shot coming. If Ernie Kenney had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 25 minutes into the match, Renico FC's goalkeeper Francisco Javier Butto had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ernie Kenney. In the 26th minute, Ernie Kenney reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Francisco Javier Butto. The goal made the score 4-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ernie Kenney in the 30th minute of play forced Renico FC's goalkeeper Francisco Javier Butto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Francisco Javier Butto made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ernie Kenney in the 31st minute. Francisco Javier Butto stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ernie Kenney's shot from short distance in the 34th minute. A collision led to Renico FC getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Ursino Goñi hit a great ball. The crowd rose to their feet as RKO AFC's Ernie Kenney slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Francisco Javier Butto. That made the score 5-0 after 37 minutes of play. Ernie Kenney's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Francisco Javier Butto firmly grabbed it by the left post. RKO AFC's Ernie Kenney got a good chance for a goal in the 42nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 44 minutes into the game, Ernie Kenney recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Francisco Javier Butto. Ernie Kenney showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 6-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 6-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Ernie Kenney made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Renico FC's goalkeeper Francisco Javier Butto, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Francisco Javier Butto didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ernie Kenney went, in the 54th minute, to the upper right corner, 7-0 was the resulting score. In the 58th minute Ernie Kenney shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Francisco Javier Butto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ernie Kenney sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After some careless play in the Renico FC defense, Ernie Kenney kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Francisco Javier Butto. The Renico FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Francisco Javier Butto should have stopped the shot. Francisco Javier Butto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ernie Kenney in the 66th minute of the match. Ernie Kenney blasted a shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Francisco Javier Butto having to make a save. Francisco Javier Butto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ernie Kenney in the 77th minute of play. Ernie Kenney received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Francisco Javier Butto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 81st minute, Ernie Kenney made a precise shot to the right of Francisco Javier Butto. Renico FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 10-0. In the 84th minute, Ernie Kenney ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Francisco Javier Butto was frozen by the shot and now it was 11-0. Giorgos Kyriakopoulos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Francisco Javier Butto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ernie Kenney, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. RKO AFC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
