Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Daniel Montane took the kick off in the first half of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Luis María Comas got free with Florentino Fuenzalida in the 3rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Benicio Pinto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Odol Backhouse, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. The DEPORTIVO SAPE fans' excitement grew in the 8th match minute when DEPORTIVO SAPE's Odol Backhouse looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 13 minutes into the match, Daniel Montane dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Florentino Fuenzalida, 1-1. In the 19th minute Damario Besa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benicio Pinto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Florentino Fuenzalida didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Hilario Larrarte went, in the 21st minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. In the 24th minute, Hilario Larrarte hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 26 minutes into the match, DEPORTIVO SAPE's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Montane came free, but Florentino Fuenzalida reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Benicio Pinto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Odol Backhouse in the 28th minute of the match. Odol Backhouse sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Florentino Fuenzalida made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jimeno Faverau in the 33rd minute. Pinuta's Benicio Pinto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Damario Besa in the 38th minute of play. Jaume Zapata's late challenge caught a Pinuta's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jaume Zapata helped the player get up and apologised. Jaume Zapata kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. Pietro Reinaga took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 44th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Florentino Fuenzalida. DEPORTIVO SAPE's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Román Evans in the 45th minute of play forced Pinuta's goalkeeper Benicio Pinto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Odol Backhouse made the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the game, Luis María Comas cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-2. Florentino Fuenzalida was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Val Astaburuaga came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the DEPORTIVO SAPE fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Val Astaburuaga couldn't finish the play. Benicio Pinto was a little too slow when Damario Besa got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 58th minute. The score was now 3-3. 62 minutes into the game, Val Astaburuaga recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Benicio Pinto. Val Astaburuaga showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-4. Hilario Larrarte kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. Román Evans struck a weak shot in the 68th minute. Benicio Pinto didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for DEPORTIVO SAPE. After a rather tough play, DEPORTIVO SAPE's Román Evans got a free kick in the 69th minute. Val Astaburuaga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Benicio Pinto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Benicio Pinto made a fantastic save in the 78th minute, when Odol Backhouse sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pietro Reinaga in the 83rd minute of play forced DEPORTIVO SAPE's goalkeeper Florentino Fuenzalida to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jimeno Faverau during the 87th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a defensive mix-up in Pinuta's zone, Damario Besa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Benicio Pinto came out of the goal and Damario Besa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Lucio Barahona's late challenge caught a DEPORTIVO SAPE's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Lucio Barahona helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Pinuta getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Lucio Barahona hit a great ball. Jordi Cabezas kicked a quick shot right in front of the goal in the 94thth minute. Though ot was a great shot Pinuta's keeper Benicio Pinto was sill able to block leaving the score board unchanged. 97 minutes into the match, DEPORTIVO SAPE's Val Astaburuaga sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Benicio Pinto narrowly saved just below the crossbar.
