In the 3rd minute of the match, Vasco Barra tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Pablo Victoriano saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Herminio Kovasic hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fulgencio Gibbs in the 5th minute of play forced hdp's goalkeeper Pablo Victoriano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Baltazar Arriaran's late challenge caught a Curahue's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Baltazar Arriaran helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to hdp getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Baltazar Arriaran hit a great ball. Pablo Victoriano was a little too slow when Vasco Barra got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 9th minute. The score was now 1-0. Fulgencio Gibbs could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but Pablo Victoriano made a huge save. Romualdo Grez in the 19thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Pablo Victoriano, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cipriano Leal during the 23rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Curahue booed when hdp was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cipriano Leal didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 27th minute, Cipriano Leal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. hdp's Pablo Victoriano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joel Alba in the 32nd minute of play. Curahue's Xulián Van Dijk played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rainerio Wheeler in the 34th minute of play. With a little luck, hdp's Pablo Victoriano got control of the ball when Joel Alba tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 41st match minute, Curahue was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ignacio Saldés to maneuver through the defense. In the 42nd minute, Leovigildo Villar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Herminio Kovasic to strike the kick off in the second half. hdp's Tomás Fath got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 54th match minute, Curahue was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Clemente Marileo to maneuver through the defense. Pablo Victoriano came out of the goal in the 57th minute to try and stop a shot by Curahue's Joel Alba. But to his dismay, Joel Alba quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. In the 60th minute, Herminio Kovasic ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Xulián Van Dijk was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. Pablo Victoriano came out of the goal in the 64th minute to try and stop a shot by Curahue's Vasco Barra. But to his dismay, Vasco Barra quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ignacio Saldés during the 68th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Curahue's Ignacio Saldés got a free kick in the 68th minute. Pablo Victoriano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joel Alba in the 73rd minute of the match. Pablo Victoriano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Romualdo Grez in the 76th minute of play. Herminio Kovasic received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Xulián Van Dijk tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cipriano Leal hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. Vasco Barra struck a weak shot in the 83rd minute. Pablo Victoriano didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Curahue. Pablo Victoriano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joel Alba in the 84th minute of play. In the 85th minute, Rainerio Wheeler hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Eleazar Marinovic hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. After 92 played minutes Curahue got a freekick which was hit by Ignacio Saldés. Herminio Kovasic was shown his second yellow card after 94 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. The supporters of Curahue booed when hdp was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Herminio Kovasic didn't get a good kick on the ball. Curahue walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
