No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Karlos Aristizaval made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st match minute, Ultimo Batallon de Wotan was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Karlos Aristizaval to maneuver through the defense. In the 52nd minute, Ceandro Albis ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Juan Pablo Magnani was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. Juan Pablo Magnani came out of the goal and Próspero Oyarzabal tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Gilberto Costabal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 75thth minute of the game Ceandro Albis who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ultimo Batallon de Wotan's Juan Pablo Magnani was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Juan Pablo Magnani made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gilberto Costabal in the 77th minute of play. When Xaiver Iturbe fell near the penalty area in the 78th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sacaya's protests and gave Xaiver Iturbe a yellow card for diving instead. After 79 played minutes Sacaya got a freekick which was hit by Xaiver Iturbe. Juan Pablo Magnani didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ceandro Albis went, in the 83rd minute, to the upper right corner, 5-1 was the resulting score. When the match had gone on for 96 minutes, Gilberto Costabal put it in 6-1 from a short distance just to the right of Juan Pablo Magnani.
