Florentino Mansilla fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alberto Ahonzo having to interfere. Mallleco Unido's Javier Peñafiel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 15th minute of the match, managed to save Mallleco Unido from getting a goal against them. A collision led to LOBOLOCO FC. getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Germán Anastassiou hit a great ball. If Roldán Alfaro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luciano Berecedos short, quick shot in the 21stth minute got Javier Peñafiel to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After having played for 22 minutes, Abner Lepe managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. LOBOLOCO FC.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Abner Lepe was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of LOBOLOCO FC. booed when Mallleco Unido was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leopoldo Jacinto Giagier didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Luciano Berecedo came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the LOBOLOCO FC. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luciano Berecedo couldn't finish the play. Mallleco Unido's Javier Peñafiel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roldán Alfaro in the 30th minute of play. LOBOLOCO FC.'s Luciano Berecedo was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 34th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Florentino Mansilla recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Javier Peñafiel came out of the goal in the 41st minute to try and stop a shot by LOBOLOCO FC.'s Abner Lepe. But to his dismay, Abner Lepe quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Luciano Berecedo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

If Abner Lepe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 59th minute the ball was on its way in behind Mallleco Unido's goalkeeper Javier Peñafiel, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Javier Peñafiel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Luciano Berecedo's shot from short distance in the 62nd minute. The LOBOLOCO FC. fans' excitement grew in the 63rd match minute when LOBOLOCO FC.'s Luciano Berecedo looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Luciano Berecedo in the 66th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Javier Peñafiel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 68 played minutes LOBOLOCO FC. got a freekick which was hit by Germán Anastassiou. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abner Lepe in the 75th minute of play forced Mallleco Unido's goalkeeper Javier Peñafiel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When LOBOLOCO FC.'s Luciano Berecedo in the 79th minute got a chance for a shot 79th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Baltazar Marinot made in the 86th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Abner Lepe however managed to control. Javier Peñafiel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abner Lepe in the 88th minute of play. LOBOLOCO FC. walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
