Renato Cavareda didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Yerko Gol went, in the 8th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Fernán Daldos made in the 12th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Demetrio Portusagasti. Yerko Gol might have been able to make a better finish in the 27th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Renato Cavareda. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Yerko Gol ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Naelio Pena in the 30th minute of play forced Costa Pacífico FC's goalkeeper Mateo Pedraza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Renato Cavareda came out of the goal in the 34th minute to try and stop a shot by Costa Pacífico FC's Yerko Gol. But to his dismay, Yerko Gol quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. After 41 minutes, Bernt Göransson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Costa Pacífico FC and the Sagbara AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Bernt Göransson kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. The Sagbara AFC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Costa Pacífico FC were winning 0-3.

Fernán Daldos hit a great freekick 50 minutes into the match. Sagbara AFC:s Renato Cavareda showed great skill when he stopped Lennart Bengtsson:s penalty. Silvio Rio might have been able to make a better finish in the 54th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Renato Cavareda. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Silvio Rio ran back to his position shaking his head. Yerko Gol took the ball and in the 61 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Renato Cavareda. Renato Cavareda dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. With his leg Renato Cavareda managed to avoid a goal in the 64thth minute, when Costa Pacífico FC's Yerko Gol fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Bernt Göransson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Yerko Gols short, quick shot in the 69thth minute got Renato Cavareda to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 79 minutes into the match, Costa Pacífico FC's Yerko Gol sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Renato Cavareda narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Yerko Gol came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the Costa Pacífico FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Yerko Gol couldn't finish the play. Mateo Pedraza took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joel Orostegui, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 90 played minutes Sagbara AFC got a freekick which was hit by Ermegildo Vos de Vos. Yerko Gol received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Renato Cavareda tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the final whistle sounded Costa Pacífico FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Sagbara AFC.
