Through an outstanding action, after 6 minutes, Baudelio Puente successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After a rather tough play, Nancul's José Antonio Guesalaga got a free kick in the 9th minute. Baudelio Puente had great luck who in the 21stth minute grab hold of the ball when Adelmo Elguea from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. Baudelio Puente came out of the goal in the 23rd minute to try and stop a shot by VIVAELRO's Abelardo Sierra. But to his dismay, Abelardo Sierra quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Adelmo Elguea might have been able to make a better finish in the 26th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Baudelio Puente. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Adelmo Elguea ran back to his position shaking his head. Baudelio Puente made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abelardo Sierra in the 27th minute of play. Ricardo Potts fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vladimiro Finlay having to interfere. Adelmo Elguea fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Baudelio Puente having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Adelmo Elguea in the 38th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Baudelio Puente prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Lester Precht hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. Ernesto Daniel Rochefort took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 41st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Baudelio Puente. Nancul's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Hugo Kovasic fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Baudelio Puente having to interfere. Baudelio Puente stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Adelmo Elguea's shot from short distance in the 44th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Adelmo Elguea made a kick off. Adelmo Elguea sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Abdón Toledo lost his temper 55 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. After 54 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Nancul! Remi Carreño kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. Baudelio Puente didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for VIVAELRO. In the 81st minute Adelmo Elguea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Baudelio Puente saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Abelardo Sierra in the 82nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Baudelio Puente prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adelmo Elguea in the 88th minute of play forced Nancul's goalkeeper Baudelio Puente to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Adelmo Elguea got in the 90th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Baudelio Puente handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. Adelmo Elguea recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Nancul's zone, Hugo Kovasic stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Baudelio Puente came out of the goal and Hugo Kovasic tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Adelmo Elguea succeeded in the game's 98th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 5-0.
