In the 6th minute Domenico Adams shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stanton Faulkner saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 7th minute, Ezmundo Porras got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 8 played minutes Barrancas CF got a freekick which was hit by Maximiliano Zambrano. In the 9th minute of the game Ariano Arellano made a throw-in which Fausto Rosetta played forward. When Fausto Rosetta fell near the penalty area in the 12th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Barrancas CF's protests and gave Fausto Rosetta a yellow card for diving instead. In the 18th match minute, BARUTA FC. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Celedonio Hudson to maneuver through the defense. Juan Jose Deppe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Niguel Segura having to interfere. When the match clock showed 24 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Domenico Adams sped through Barrancas CF's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Stanton Faulkner. After some careless play in the Barrancas CF defense, Domenico Adams kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Stanton Faulkner. The Barrancas CF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Stanton Faulkner should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Domenico Adams in the 36th minute of play forced Barrancas CF's goalkeeper Stanton Faulkner to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 43 played minutes Barrancas CF got a freekick which was hit by Danél Parga. It was beautiful to see BARUTA FC.'s Ezmundo Porras in action when he in the 44th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

52 minutes into the game, Domenico Adams recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Stanton Faulkner. Domenico Adams showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-3. The audience thought a goal was coming when Edmundo Galindo got free with Stanton Faulkner in the 55th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 58th minute, Edmundo Galindo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ezmundo Porras might have been able to make a better finish in the 60th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Stanton Faulkner. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ezmundo Porras ran back to his position shaking his head. Ermegildo Plaza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Barrancas CF's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Edmundo Galindo 65 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-4. Juan Jose Deppe kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. With a little luck, Barrancas CF's Stanton Faulkner got control of the ball when Domenico Adams tried to sneak it across the goal line. 73 minutes into the match, BARUTA FC.'s goal looked a bit too open when Ermegildo Plaza came free, but Niguel Segura reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Domenico Adams could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 76th minute of the match, but Stanton Faulkner made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ezmundo Porras in the 77th minute of play forced Barrancas CF's goalkeeper Stanton Faulkner to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Barrancas CF's Stanton Faulkner proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 79th minute of the match, managed to save Barrancas CF from getting a goal against them. A collision led to BARUTA FC. getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Edmundo Galindo hit a great ball. In the 85th minute, Domenico Adams made a precise shot to the right of Stanton Faulkner. Barrancas CF's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-5. After 93 minutes, Edmundo Galindo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the BARUTA FC. and the Barrancas CF players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 96th minute the ball was on its way in behind Barrancas CF's goalkeeper Stanton Faulkner, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. BARUTA FC. walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
