Santiago Pedraza showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Valiente Salvatierra, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. Xulián Niza made a fantastic save in the 12th minute, when Dino Depsch sent off a good shot on target. Santiago Pedraza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Velasco Dabrowsky in the 15th minute of play. Victoriano Henson's late challenge caught a Huequecura's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Victoriano Henson helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Huallilemu AFC's Victoriano Henson got a free kick in the 16th minute. Santiago Pedraza took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zebulón Lorie, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 18th minute, Valiente Salvatierra ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Santiago Pedraza was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. In the 22nd match minute, Huequecura was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Salbatore De la Quintana to maneuver through the defense. Huequecura's Xulián Niza proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 24th minute of the match, managed to save Huequecura from getting a goal against them. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dino Depsch got free with Xulián Niza in the 28th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 31st minute Zebulón Lorie shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Santiago Pedraza saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 36 played minutes Huallilemu AFC got a freekick which was hit by Tinguaro Barcelo. After 37 played minutes, Huequecura's Francisco Antonio Wittemberg shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Santiago Pedraza came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Huequecura reached it. After having played for 38 minutes, Faustino Massuh managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Huallilemu AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Faustino Massuh was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Carlos Manuel Moyano kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. Faustino Massuh who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 45thth minute tested the skills of Xulián Niza when he managed to save the team from getting behind.

Xulián Niza didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Huallilemu AFC's Faustino Massuh shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 1-1 in the ordered_time% minute. 66 minutes into the match, Huequecura's goal looked a bit too open when Faustino Massuh came free, but Xulián Niza reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Santiago Pedraza came out of the goal in the 71st minute to try and stop a shot by Huequecura's Valiente Salvatierra. But to his dismay, Valiente Salvatierra quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Carlos Manuel Moyano hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. After 77 played minutes Huequecura got a freekick which was hit by Valiente Salvatierra. Zebulón Lorie could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 84th minute of the match, but Santiago Pedraza made a huge save. Tinguaro Barcelo hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. In the 87th minute the ball was on its way in behind Huequecura's goalkeeper Xulián Niza, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Valiente Salvatierra received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Santiago Pedraza came out and tried to block the shot, but Valiente Salvatierra slotted it home off the left post making it 1-3 in the 89th minute. A collision led to Huequecura getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Zebulón Lorie hit a great ball. The Huallilemu AFC manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Huequecura to win.
