Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Enrico Finlay's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 3rdth minute, Remicio Camara skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 4 minutes into the match, Santiago Wanderers's goalkeeper Remicio Camara had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Enrico Finlay. After 6 played minutes Santiago Wanderers got a freekick which was hit by Noé Casas. In the 8th minute, Raúlo Montoya got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Tauro Leal fell near the penalty area in the 10th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Santiago Wanderers's protests and gave Tauro Leal a yellow card for diving instead. 9 minutes into the game, one of Santiago Wanderers:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave Caracha a penalty, 10 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Enrico Finlay, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Santiago Wanderers's Remicio Camara. 1-0. Remicio Camara was a little too slow when Adelmo Andrada got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 16th minute. The score was now 2-0. Enrico Finlay recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 21st play minute Anastasio Soto Tapia came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Remicio Camara. 3-0. In the 29th minute, Nemesio Bacquet left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Caracha fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. Remicio Camara came out of the goal in the 34th minute to try and stop a shot by Caracha's Enrico Finlay. But to his dismay, Enrico Finlay quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. Enrico Finlay sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Santiago Wanderers's Remicio Camara played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adelmo Andrada in the 47th minute of play. Domingo Alcayaga charged in rather forcefully in the 47th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Domingo Alcayaga the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 5-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Juan Luis Adasme to make the kick off. Remicio Camara showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Enrico Finlay in the 56th minute of the match. Juan Luis Adasme sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Carlos José Cienfuegos's late challenge caught a Santiago Wanderers's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Carlos José Cienfuegos helped the player get up and apologised. Caracha's Nemesio Bacquet got a good chance for a goal in the 68th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Hilario Zegarra fell near the penalty area in the 68th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Santiago Wanderers's protests and gave Hilario Zegarra a yellow card for diving instead. If Enrico Finlay had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Viviano Bolados recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 73 minutes into the match, Anastasio Soto Tapia had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Remicio Camara. Santiago Wanderers's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Anastasio Soto Tapia was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-1. In the 79th minute Nemesio Bacquet shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Remicio Camara saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 81 minutes into the match, Santiago Wanderers's goal looked a bit too open when Nemesio Bacquet came free, but Remicio Camara reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 82 minutes into the match, Anastasio Soto Tapia notched a goal, 7-1, to the right of Santiago Wanderers's Remicio Camara. Remicio Camara was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 86th minute, Enrico Finlay got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Nemesio Bacquet struck a weak shot in the 87th minute. Remicio Camara didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Caracha. In the 92nd minute Anastasio Soto Tapia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Remicio Camara saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hipolito Mosquera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Juan Luis Adasme in the 96th minute of play. There was no doubt that Caracha were the better team. Caracha's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
