A long shot from Mercurio Viveros in the 45th minute of play was well struck, but Viviano Paillemil made a really good save at the right post. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

After a rather tough play, La Presión's Lorenzo Ondegardo got a free kick in the 51st minute. In the 53rd minute, Xavier Angel Aravena ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Viviano Paillemil was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. With a little luck, Tambo FC's Jonas Pays got control of the ball when Pepe Erwenne tried to sneak it across the goal line. Eber Matte in the 63rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Jonas Pays, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. When Evaristo Arandia fell near the penalty area in the 69th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored La Presión's protests and gave Evaristo Arandia a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to La Presión getting a freekick after 69 minutes play.
