Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Hermelando Briceño made the kick off which started today's match. In the 3rd minute, Ñublense's Lucián Niza ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Gilberto Victoriano. Gilberto Victoriano yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. 8 minutes into the match, Terremoto's goal looked a bit too open when Loreno Nogueira came free, but Gilberto Victoriano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Hermelando Briceño came up free with the goalie in the 11th minute, the Terremoto fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hermelando Briceño couldn't finish the play. Elodio Klein showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Humberto Evans in the 13th minute of the match. Lucián Niza struck a weak shot in the 14th minute. Gilberto Victoriano didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ñublense. 17 minutes into the match, Terremoto's goal looked a bit too open when Abelardo Molinare came free, but Gilberto Victoriano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 19 played minutes Terremoto got a freekick which was hit by Francisco Alberto Manieu. Gerónimo Aboitiz took the ball and in the 21 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gilberto Victoriano. Gilberto Victoriano dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. 27 minutes into the match, Terremoto's goalkeeper Gilberto Victoriano had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ricart Gafo. Gilberto Victoriano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Loreno Nogueira in the 28th minute of the match. If Humberto Evans had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 32 minutes into the match, Terremoto's goalkeeper Gilberto Victoriano had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lucián Niza. Francisco Alberto Manieu was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 33 minutes into the match. 39 minutes into the match, Niceto Pedregal had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Elodio Klein. Ñublense's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Niceto Pedregal was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. Ricart Gafo received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Gilberto Victoriano came out and tried to block the shot, but Ricart Gafo slotted it home off the left post making it 3-1 in the 43rd minute.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Loreno Nogueira stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Gilberto Victoriano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lucián Niza, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. Gilberto Victoriano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gerónimo Aboitiz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 56th minute, Abelardo Molinare made a precise shot to the right of Gilberto Victoriano. Terremoto's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-1. Gilberto Victoriano came out of the goal in the 63rd minute to try and stop a shot by Ñublense's Loreno Nogueira. But to his dismay, Loreno Nogueira quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-1. José Antonio Melipil kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. In the 67th match minute, Ñublense was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Loreno Nogueira to maneuver through the defense. In the 72nd minute, Josué Arias got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Gilberto Victoriano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Loreno Nogueira in the 74th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ricart Gafo in the 75th minute of play forced Terremoto's goalkeeper Gilberto Victoriano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
